However, after my issue, the owner responded and was very helpful, provided videos on how it was setup and how it should be used! He even refunded my wash which was super cool of him. “Ruby needed a good wash, from the moment I got there this big extremely friendly man was there to help me and answer my questions and when I mentioned that my husband had passed away he showed sincere emotion along with who I thought was his work buddy they let me tell my sad story and explained that washing my car was like therapy for me Kenneth gave me 5 extra minutes I knew I wil l be coming here for a while. I was given such wonderful attention I went to town on Ruby. As I was drying Ruby a man on a scooter showed up and started talking to some woman when he finished he walked past me and rudely asked if the items next to my car where mine I said yes these are my car towels and other car washing items he growled at me and said I have 5 minutes to finish and I mentioned that wasn't enough time to m⁵ way. He then proceeded to start a very loud argument with Kenneth telling him rude and uncalled things that I don't believe were fact and told him I was drinking a beer that the woman he spoke to left there. He then went all over yelling profanity. I thought he maybe was owner talking and cursing so. I went up to Kenneth and his cousin who I thought worked there because he was learning what to do there. I asked if I had made a problem for them they both asked me why and no sooner I explained what the other guy said they both came to my defense and told him to mind his manners as I was recently widowed he yelled more saying horrible things to my 2 champions I was glad to see him leave did I mentioned I was the only customer there and his harassment was pointless. I was assured by Kenneth and who I believe should be working with Kenneth that it would be okay to take my time with Ruby since there was no one else there. These two attendants will be seeing more of me and Ruby they are an asset to the company. As far as the jerk ditch him he will drive customers away. Thank you Kenneth and your cousin for being so kind to me.”

“Very good Self-Serv Car Wash. They have all possible needed supplies to do a complete car wash via vending machine. There's 5 wash bays and 10 covered vacuum ports. There also is 5 wash out sinks with wringers. The sinks include running H2O! If you're a self-serv type I'd definitely recommend this Car Wash.”

“My dually is a 2008 so don't knock my paint as its original and clear coat is coming off lol...however fpr a big truck this place is perfect as I hate automatic car washes in general as the brushes leave fine scratches in your paint. Look closely you'll see them. They nvr clean them out thoroughly enough or enough times. Anyhow.....hand washing/ power washing is best and my trk fits here great! I spent 20.00 and had plenty of time to do a power wash, wash with soap, do a tire shine, do a spotless rinse, and use the air drier. I didn't use the brush as i don't really care about this paint anyway as its parked outside. But had to rinse out bed as it smelled horrible from a bad fridge that leaves out on way to a recycle center. But yeah, plenty of time I had for a 8ft dually. And dried her off. They have vacuums I didn't use them so don't know if they are free or coins sry bout that part. But if you have a truck and need to spray out the bed/ undercarriage or just want a powerful wash. This is now my go to spot. I'm impressed enough with it. But again....thats me im just listing its info and pics this time.”

“Friendly staff, overall great service within a reasonable amount of time. Requested full SUV service plus tires yesterday, 4/4/22. Opened the hatch of my cargo compartment the next day and it wasn't vacuumed. Maybe missed because I arrived 40 minutes before closing? Everything else was fine. Based on previous reviews vacuuming seems to be an issue here.”

If an issue has ever come to light, the Assistant Manager Armando, is on top of it at lightning speed to make sure it is corrected and I leave happy every single time. “This is not a "Quick N Clean Car Wash" like it states on Google. Instead it's now a "SUPER Star Car Wash" which is a totally different enterprise apparently owned by the same folks.. the reason that's important is so no other chump like me drives 30 minutes over to this one which is operating under a different name, thinking they can use their paid for unlimited membership, which of course didn't work for me! PLEASE CORRECT YOUR LISTING! Other than this costly inconvenience, the car wash itself was very good.. there was only one employee who resided deep inside the actual car wash spraying off windshields, so if you have a problem you're a bit out of luck- otherwise good though!”

“I'm only giving it 4 stars because of my experience today. I went for a car wash and my car looked great but obviously people who choose to have nice luxury vehicles, such as a Tesla, shouldn't take their cars through if they're going to mess up the cars behind them by STOPPING right at the end of the car wash instead of putting your car in drive to leave the car wash. This caused a pile up that resulted in me having to step on my brakes to keep from completely rear ending this Tesla. But they clearly deserved it if they're that concerned about their car in an automatic car was and are willing to cause damage to the cars behind them. As it is, they could barely figure out how to drive between some poles and through a gate when they had to pay.”
