“Penguin Air saved my family from 21 days without Air Conditioning. During the hottest summer in Phoenix recorded history! We had a Home Warranty Company that strung us along for 21 days and we opted for a “cash out”. Penguin Air came to the rescue. They got us a beautiful Goodman AC unit and installed it in 18 hours! The Home Warranty people said it might take a month to get the equipment. Penguin Air also diagnosed that our original vent from when the house was built was an insufficient size. They installed a new vent, and we cannot hear the AC coming on or going off anymore. It is incredible…so quiet. I cannot say enough good things about Kathryn W., Jeff, Chantry Robinson and Ryan at Penguin Air.”

KJ worked with me in the beginning to review the scope of the project, the details of their proposals, and the logistics for execution. He was very responsive and patient. I also really appreciated his thoroughness throughout our conversations. Jesus managed my complete re-roof and it could not have gone smoother. They showed up on time and took two days to complete the project without any issues or inconveniences. I work from home and besides the expected banging, was left undisturbed the entire time. Jesus communicated with me several times before his team showed up. He also came out after they finished to walk the project and review quality.”

“I come to Phoenix often for work and I think I may have finally found my go to hotel! I'm so shocked to see the amount of bad reviews here. My experience was wonderful - the room was spacious and clean and the bed was so comfortable I had the best night of sleep in a hotel I've had in awhile. I love that they provide a microwave in the room as so many hotels are doing away with that. The shower worked well - it did leak a little if you didn't push the handle far enough but easy to solve. The workout room was small but had an upright bike which I prefer over a recumbent bike. The location was fantastic - close to the interstate and also very close to a nice running trail. I definitely plan to stay here again!”

They provided ample information on what they were doing, offered suggestions and recommendations, cleaned up thoroughly each day, and were overall very pleasant to work with.
