“I love that it's different almost every time - never repetitive or boring, and that the classes cover the full spectrum of fitness. The coaches are great - very encouraging, pleasant, helpful, and they make sure we can get the most out of every class. It's always challenging, but doable, and very personal. I also love the instantaneous feedback through the heart rate monitor and displays. It gives me a lot of control over the workout and helps me be effective. Some days you just don't feel the same and it would be difficult to know how you are doing, but the heart rate monitor and real-time feedback give accurate information and take out any guesswork.”
