I've passed it a million times so today my dad and I decided to stop in and we were pleasantly surprised. Super friendly service. Manager was fantastic and took time out to make small talk with me. “Sandwiches are always made fresh to order, good menu selections. Love the soups and Mac and cheese. They should just go away with the 6 feet away stickers on the floor, you stand so close to the people in line with those finishing their orders and adding veggies. Then on the other side the high tops are open for customers so kinda cramped. Not too bad if you order ahead and just walk in the grab order. Can't really do anything to fix it as it's their normal layout.”

“I like the vets at this clinic and I like how convenient the location is. But I really struggle with the front desk staff. Here’s the thing: I’m not a perfect dog parent but I’m doing the best I can. My dogs have their required shots; they’re both neutered and we’ve been working with a trainer for the last few months because one of my dogs has a huge fear of men. My biggest issue is that sometimes I’m late on getting their shots or I have to reschedule. The reality is that both my dogs are healthy and happy and I try my best to do right by them. There is one front desk staff in particular, whose name I don’t know, who is very rude and condescending. She has scolded me for rescheduling appointments and her tone makes me feel like I’m a terrible person. It is anxiety-inducing to even call to make an appointment because if she answers the call, I cringe. I have gone other places to get their shots and get neutered because I can’t handle her attitude. I take my dogs here because I know the quality of care the vets provide but they either need to better train their front desk staff or find better staff. I shouldn’t be feeling like crying after I get off the phone with her.”
