Last week I attempted to switch to Verizon at ANOTHER location down the street from this one and I had a terrible customer experience, I was never going back to a verizon place. But THIS GUYS at this one, they go above and beyond, the fella who helped me I think his name is Carlos so kudos for him. Also, while I was there since my case required a little extra time, I was watching how the rest of the staff was treating everyone else as customer service dictates.
