“We stopped and had lunch while passing through, charging at the nearby Tesla supercharger. Very friendly and courteous workers. Made good suggestions, never having eaten there before. Food was quickly prepared and thoroughly enjoyed. Two hours down the road I realized I left my credit card. Called and they held it in safe until four days later we were able to return, before hours, but arranged for opening staff to bring me the card. Great service above and beyond.”

Thanks y'all for doing it as requested. 🤘🏻 Drive through and door dash seemed to be more important orders to fill than customers inside. Stood there for a while before acknowledged. Someone gave me and another customer 10 minutes because they were closing the dining room. Not cool, I paid for my meal and y'all took forever to make it and get it to me. I'm eating my food.”

I'm going deaf and they always do a good job working with me when I order... I kind of feel like they already know my order before I order it.. they definitely pay attention to their customers... “Visiting Phoenix we were craving a good burger. Well RED ROBIN was the place. It started w/ the greeter, she was very nice. We got seated in the bar area. Vanessa was ourwaitress. Man o man her personality and professionalism was amazing. Not just with us but every table she was assigned or even customers passing through. Her spunky attitude was the icing for our visit. The only downside for me was it was not immediately clear where to pick up the food when I came in and I accidentally went to where sandwiches are normally ready. For the order ahead items, there's a table against the wall right of the entrance. It could have been user error on me missing it but I think messaging prior to pick up could help resolve that concern.”

“Had a bad vibration when driving 20mph+, my whole truck would vibrate real bad. Looked under the rig and found out it was my u-joint. Never been to this shop but dropped it off and they were able to fix it in a day and my truck rides good as new now. Friendly staff and they did not charge me much for the repair so I would say the pricing is on the affordable side. So far so good. I would come back if i have any further issues in the future.”
