From the personal appointment reminder the few days ahead of time to the moment you walk into the cozy great smelling office. its got a very homey feeling that makes you feel very welcome from the first moment you enter. after that the eagerness to assure you feel comfortable is always a priority. then everyone on the staff is there to provide you with professional guidance and assistance. they all are very thorough and really help you care about your teeth at that moment and for the life of your teeth which is expressed by there one on one diligence and process. i always bring up Dr. Conrad when someone talks about dentist experiences and teeth issue's.
