For me, this is as close to perfect as a bookstore can get: inviting atmosphere, diverse and abundant selection of staff picks and recommendations, friendly staff, and a well crafted selection of books you’ve probably heard of alongside exciting ones you haven’t yet. One of the joys of being a reader is perusing the shelves and discovering your next adventure—Flyleaf facilitates that joy exceptionally well :)

Amazing selection, both in new and used books! The staff is also wonderfully helpful. The store is much bigger than it looks from the outside, and all sections are clearly marked. Highly recommend! One of the best indy bookstores I've seen.

Excellent selection of books including popular reads, local authors, and old favorites. The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming. There is also a good selection of children's books as well as used books.

This is my favorite place to browse (and nowadays practically the only way to be exposed to books you're not actively searching for). They have a good selection, staff reviews of books, and host all sorts of special events.

(Not to detract from Flyleaf, but McIntyre's is also good. I'm a big fan of independent bookstores.)
