Brooke Denkins greeted us in the lobby with a big smile on her face :) She sat with us offering our daughter Paisley crayons, water, candy… the works… while we explained what we were looking for. Brooke was so friendly and helpful right off the bat it felt like we had been banking with Desert Financial for years and were apart of the family! She got us pre approved that day sharing some different rates and possible customer appreciation opportunities with us. We went out, bought a car, and even after locking in a rate with the dealership late one night she went to bat for us for 3 weeks to capture all the opportunity available!
