“Dr. Oland and PA Maddy are both phenomenal. I moved states during my pregnancy and had to transfer to Estrella at 32 weeks pregnant, so I only met with Dr. Oland I think 3 times before delivery, and he made me feel comfortable instantly. I trusted him completely, and he made sure to listen and address all my questions and concerns at every appointment, and when I saw Maddy she was so kind and attentive as well. During my delivery Dr. Oland was very encouraging & supportive, and my husband was very impressed with all the measures he took to help my delivery go smoothly. Even with only a few appointments, I felt cared for and taken care of by my providers here! Would 1000% recommend Dr. Oland and Maddy Ginis to any pregnant women in the area.”

Rosalinda and Kathy were both knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to deal with regarding every appointment I had there. Would have preferred to see the same physician every visit, but they have a rotating schedule. “Many thanks to the Pathway staff who provided excellent care to my 92 year old father. My family spent considerable time in that unit. We all witnessed a very cohesive team effort; not just with our father, but other residents as well. They always backed each other up, even if my father wasn't in their care that day, demonstrating a true team effort. They were all very personable, had great attitudes and showed compassion to all the residents in that unit. In addition both PT and OT were fantastic; can't thank them enough. Lastly, in comparing your facility, to his prior one, your staff is not constantly in front of their screens. Its wonderful to see the staff interacting with residents and family. I hope you share my review with the Pathway staff; they gave comfort to us as well as my father.”

She’ll cut right to the chase, give you her opinion, and even recommend a second opinion of another expert if it’s necessary for your continued health journey. She is supportive in your own health advocacy and I think that it so rare these days. She really makes me feel like a human being, not just a number in the health care system.
