Check in was very easy, especially considering we are from out of country. Website was easy to use in preparing the new client form. Staff was efficient and friendly. Dr. Arnold and his assistant were personable and had a very good manner with a nervous dog. The visit was quick and all our questions were answered. A follow-up phone call from Dr. Arnold was appreciated.

The doctor and tech we saw today were wonderful! I can’t remember the doctor’s name, but she has silver hair and was super patient with me and all my questions. I really appreciate that.

We had a death in the family and had to make sure our dog was vaccinated in.case we needed to board her. Even though we had never been there they worked us in. Techs and vet were friendly, helpful and sweet to our dog.They have GREAT info on how to keep our fuzzy friend healthy. Great option A LIFETIME VACCINE PLAN really great value.
