My family has known the manager for almost a decade. We first met her when my brother was living in a different group home, before he became eligible for long term care. She picked up on the family dynamics very quickly, and accommodated the expectations of both my brother and my parents - no mean feat! A few years later, after my parents passed away, I learned that she had opened Bella House and I was ecstatic when my brother was able to move there. I must trust those who look after him as I am not local, and I do trust the staff at Bella House. They respond to my emails and phone calls promptly, always take the time to discuss any issues I might have and reach out to keep me informed. They are also very knowledgeable about the Arizona health care system and the Phoenix area in general and I rely on them for guidance. They always make me feel very welcome every time I have the opportunity to visit.
