“I’ve been living on the Glencroft campus since August of 2019 and needed to move into a higher level of care at Providence Place for Physical and Occupational Therapy. I did so, in January of 2020. I then transferred into Long Term Care here at Providence Place and I’m very happy. The care I receive from the CNAs and nurses has been outstanding. Also, housekeeping, laundry, dining, maintenance, and activities all go the extra mile to put smiles on our faces and to make us a warm and happy home to live in. I really enjoy living here and am very grateful for the care I receive.”

“Our 100-year-old mother was lovingly cared for by Becky and Benny at Five Roses. She was treated as one of their family members, and was given the care and attention she needed. They have been very accommodating with family and friends visiting and we couldn't have been more pleased with their home and their attentiveness to our mother's needs. “Took my family of four in for flu shots and it went far better than expected. I had the pleasure of working with the pharmacist, Katie. She was helpful and very patient. She was working the pharmacy with only a front store cashier to help her. They both were very helpful and doing as much as they could, as quickly they could. In less than an hour all 4 of us were registered and had received our flu shot. Katie was so gentle my 4 year old didn't even cry, a first. Thank you Katie!”

“This place is amazing. I have never been to ANY DOCTOR OR NURSING STAFF that flat out cares about each and ever patient. Dr. Sloan is an actual life saver, if you look up the Colman Institute, you can start by calling them to get started if you or anyone you know wants to get of Drugs and cannot do it themselves. Dr. Sloan basically puts you to sleep while you're going through it but you do not actually feel it except in the mornings for 1 hour. I WOULDN'T JUST CALL FOR THAT AS I TOLD YOU THIS PLACE IS A HIDDEN JEM FOR ALL YOU'RE NEEDS. LOVE YOU DOC.”

“I have personally known the director of nurses for greater than three years and feel very confident that they have the perfect person for the position in place. this facility is very well maintained with staffing ratios that are significantly less than those of the other facilities in the area. the staff is well trained and professional.
