“UPDATE: Under a new manager and he was amazing and what I would expect to be done in the first place. He understood that the sensors had to align perfectly and have a secure connection to windshield in order to work properly and replaced the broken cover! So glad I went back a 3rd time and I now know where the problem was and its been rectified Horrible customer service and hell trying to get a live person on the phone. If You're lucky enough to actually reach a live person you are then told they can't help you that you need to contact your agent. Which was impossible to do since as she had retired over 6 months ago. It took me weeks to cancel this policy and they still took money from my account and insisted that they didn't owe me money because I get a month of coverage then I pay for the coverage which anybody knows is not the case. You don't get a month of insurance coverage and then pay your bill, you always pay up front for the upcoming month. They insist they dont owe me money because I get a month of coverage then I pay for the coverage which anybody knows is not the case. You don't get a month of coverage through insurance and then pay your bill you always pay up front for the upcoming month. It's been 5 weeks and I'm still fighting with this company to get my money back. I'm sorry they ever got my business!!!”
