“I purchased a Ford F-150 from San Tan Ford in 2020. I began to hear an undetectable noise and was worried they would not be able to repeat it. I asked to drive with the technician and he diagnosed the noise immediately to be my springs. They replaced the isolator pads and all was good. However what was cool was he noticed that my dash had warped, I had not even noticed. They also replaced my dash all under my factory warranty. I was treated with professionalism and the utmost respect. I dropped my truck off and was on my way with a rental in a very short time. As long as San Tan Ford keeps up their impeccable customer service I will have my car serviced there. Shout out to Eric Thompson who took care of me, I will always ask for Eric!!!!!”
