He is extremely thorough and determined my neck was most important over my lumbar, as thought by a previous Dr. And operated there fist. It relieved my small headaches but more importantly much of my excruciating back and hip pain. His staff is caring and the staff at the Clinic and the OrthoAZ spine and Rheumatology. “I have been going to Dr. Chu for about 9 years now. I cannot say enough positive things about her. She is truly so kind and funny! She knows me as soon as I walk in and she always goes out of her way to ask about how my kids are doing. One time I went to see her, she saw me and knew something was really wrong. She personally put me in a wheelchair and took me to the ER. She was there while they ran test, she was there when they admitted me. She dropped everything for me. If you are lucky enough to have her as your OB, take it! She is awesome!”

“I have seen both Dr. Chu and Dr. Bradley Wolfe for different reasons (not pregnancy so cannot speak to care for any of those services). My appointments may run a little late 10-15 minutes to be seen by the actual doctor and they can feel rushed. I'm not someone who has many questions for a doctor but if you like to have a doctor who can take their time with you, this may not be a good fit. I recently came for a women's wellness exam and although reminding the doctor of some issues that I previously saw her for related to bleeding, my exam was so quick to the point it was rough and caused bleeding. While I know that's not unusual, given my health history I wish I'd spoken up to take more care/time to minimize discomfort or causing bleeding. Otherwise it's easy to schedule appointments if you use the patient portal, facilities are modern and clean, and I have not had any other issues so far.”
