“The location is fabulous, the park is clean, quiet and well kept. Management is very responsive. Prior to Covid, management organized holiday get togetherness and activities. They still offer coffee and doughnuts on Sat mornings. Palms are always kept trimmed and everyone I have met in the park have all been friendly and respectful. The pool is very nice and quiet too ! Many home owners have been working on updating and maintaining their sites. We have been living here for 3.5 years and hope to spend several more.”

“I have stayed at the Five Star RV park the last two winters. I would recommend this park to anyone who likes a small quiet friendly place to park. there is plenty of grass for my little dog and the neighborhood around the park gave us nice plenty of places for long walks. There is a laundry right across the street and quick mart within walking distance. The family who own the Park are the best. I plan to stay again this winter as I have family in Gilbert just 4 miles from the Five Star..”

“We loved this place to stay for a month while we transitioned from WA. It was quiet, close to everything we needed, clean, and affordable. We had 2 German Shepherds with us that most places would not accept. The dog run was perfect for them to run around as well as a good lap to walk around the entire park. We highly recommend this place for a night to a long stay. The staff was great when we needed any assistance. Noise from the freeway didn’t bother us at all, even on the drag race days. Sounded like rain to us inside the RV. They also have contacts should you need anything for your RV. We had our tanks cleaned and will definitely be using that company again as well. No complaints here!”
