Once I got the different exercises down in the workouts it was easy to know what to do each day, could make it more strenuous if I wanted to, and since I was doing it at home I could fit it into my schedule with my kids. The meal plan was also easy to follow. When following both of these you definitely get results, I even had others notice a difference. “Absolutely the best dental experience. Most people dread going to the dentist, which I used to be one of those people. But everyone at Provinces Dental is so friendly and you can tell they really care. I had 7 appointments in 7 weeks, and even when I came back for the 2nd appointment they already remembered my face. I love that they want to show their patients what is going on, never had a dental experience like that. Appointments 1-6 I had to be numbed the entire time, including just the deep cleanings. On lucky #7, I didn't have to be numbed at all. All my sensitivity is gone. I can finally have ice cream and chocolate again. Which as a female, not being able to eat chocolate really for a decade, really sucked. I have already referred my roommate and a few others. If you are looking for a new dentist, highly recommend coming here!! I cannot thank Dr. Joe, the hygienists- Kim and Kym, dental assistant Paula [great conversations:-)], and all the office staff, enough. Truly very thankful and appreciative for you all.”

“Dr. Hoepner and Dr. White and all their staff are friendly and helpful. Clean office and I love that they're open on Saturdays so I can get my eye exam done without having to miss work. You can purchase contacts and glasses here and they also give you a trial size eye solution of your choice to bring home. You also get a copy of your prescription and can use it to order online. My whole family goes here. I also got a new pair of contacts to hold me over until my new order comes in. Thank you!”

ON COUNTER UNATTENED TO DO A UA WAS TOLD I COULD NOT TAKE THIS IN THE BATHROOM WITH ME, WHICH WAS NEWS TO ME, BUT I GUESS THIS THE NEW WAY THEY ARE DOING THINGS. JUS LEAVE PURSE IN CAR.
