“The care that we recieved was amazing. She listened to our concerns and issues and offered multiple options for solutions. When she had to draw blood from my daughter, who is terrified of needles, she was so kind and gentle making sure to comfort my kiddo the whole time. She made suggestions for affordable more natural options rather than jumping straight to prescribing medications that can have harmful side effects. And finally, having the home visits is really the best! I have a much easier time working my schedule around the visits and my kiddo was more comfortable being at home.”

“Never thought I'd need IV fluids but after being unable to take in any fluids for 2.5 days, I found VIC online. On a good day I usually get jabbed 4-6 times before the medical staff can find a vein to draw blood so I was quite concerned how that would work out when I am a dried husk. I was put at ease as soon as I entered through the doors. This space is made to put you at ease and at peace. While there were no one else when we were there, I saw that they observe social distancing and Covid disinfection protocols. Jack was AMAZING! He knew exactly what cocktail I needed and had it ready for me. I didn't even feel the needle - WOW! And, he did it on the first try. The whole process was around 30 minutes and worth every penny! I would give VIC and JACK 100 stars for their service, kindness, environment, sterile equipment, value, and for the various cocktails they have available. Simply PERFECT!”
