Jen was super helpful in picking out my mattress and what would work better for my body and sleep positioning. They have affordable pricing options and all in all it was a great experience. (October 31, 2021, 7:12 pm)Bottom line, I will not buy a mattress or frame from another company. Meeting Jen the owner at Chandler, Gilbert store for a one on one appointment took all the stress out of finding and purchasing the right mattress and frame for me personally. Her expertise, professional and pleasant disposition was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. Best of all was the price compared to other companies , and there were no hidden fees or condition, except that you could not return the item because it was at a discount which Jen was upfront with. I had no problem with that. What really impressed me was the quality of the product. I purchased an adjustable frame and quilted mattress by their local company. To top my experience off Jen and her husband Jeff personally came to my house and set it up and explained set up and remote settings. You do not get this at Mattress Firm. I highly recommend this company. Thank you, Jen
