Ali is AWESOME! My Real Estate Team lost the key to our storage lock and Ali was there for me within minutes of my arrival to help me replace the lock.

Each time I enter CubeSmart on Ocotillo to make a payment, and Karen happens to be working that day, I am greeted by name and a pleasant "how may I help you today?" After my payment transaction is complete, conversation with Karen becomes very easy, like the heat of the day, or rain we need or have had too much of or front page newspaper topics. I believe conversation with Karen is always made easy because of the warm and welcoming smile on her face and most important to me, the smile in her voice that invites further conversation.
I have not had an issue with my storage area or with CubeSmart in general. Howver, if one were to surface, I would hope it is Karen's day to work, to explain my issue, knowing the issue will be addressed and resolved and I leave satisfied.

Very clean facility. The agent was so helpful and clear about access after hours and more. Easy access and conveniently located.

I used this facility for several months while between homes and the customer service and facility was excellent. Ali and Karen were very responsive and easy to work with - great customer service! I would highly recommend this facility if you need storage.
