I had planned to leave my car at the gate and use the night drop, but one of the technicians saw me after they had already closed, came all the way across the lot, opened the gate, and took my car in so it didn't have to sit overnight. Kat was very knowledgeable, friendly, and great to work with. She advocated for me with my insurance company and actually saved me $500! Jason kept me informed of the progress. There was a one day delay because of the special process needed to to correct a wheel. Jason informed me and gave me the rationale. I received my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off and it looks like new again. It is very apparent that everyone takes pride and ownership in their work. Hope I don't ever have to go back there...but if I need repairs I definitely would!”
