(February 20, 2020, 5:16 pm)My ramp stopped working. I was concerned about the cost to repair but I needed to have it done. I scheduled an appt with United Access Chandler. When I arrived they expected me and immediately started diagnostics. The service technician showed me the results and gave me insight on how to keep the problem from recurring. The establishment was clean and everyone was extremely customer focused. They are thorough and quite competent. They cost to repair was more than reasonable! I highly recommend United Access Chandler to anyone. HONEST, FAIR, HIGHLY COMPETENT. Thank you for your professionalism. Hats off to Bill, Chip and John. This is the kind of business that we must support!
(January 30, 2020, 10:25 pm)Great service. John Pastor not only made a needed repair on my old 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan, but fixed a related issue that a different shop had overlooked. I'm impressed with the quality of the work and the customer service.
