“Background: I had XTC install a leveling kit two years ago this month. After hearing some noises I wanted it checked out and took it to the RAM dealership. They proceeded to tell me the ball joints were going bad and because they were aftermarket would not cover the repair. They recommended reaching out to the manufacturer. I called XTC up and talked to Nate. He was awesome! Offered to take a look to see if it was covered under ReadyLifts warranty. He not only confirmed everything was still good to go but took the time to lubricate everything and make sure the truck was safe before leaving. Amazing customer service. They took care of me two years ago and had another great experience with them today. If you need somewhere to take your rigs I would highly recommend these guys.”

As any service provider with several employees, the 'face' of the company is their technicians. They do a good job training, are respectful, and detailed. My last technician, Tyson, was great and asked the right questions so we could hit the trouble spots. I've had a prior where some of the service was breezed over, not Tyson. Great job.”

“We have an old cast iron bathtub that we were told would cost upwards to $1000.00 just to remove it from our house, and then still have to pay for a new tub to be installed. Instead we turned to Miracle Method and they delivered a finish on my old bathtub that looks completely brand new! There is no way anyone can tell that it has been refinished. We couldn't be happier with the result. They worked with us every step of the way to make sure it was done to our approval and quickly addressed all questions and concerns we had.
