Coach Damian has helped me lose 22lbs and I'm now the healthiest I've been in my entire life! He'll help you through every exercise. Got a bad back? He can work with that! He's a very flexible teacher and will guide you through every step of your journey, no matter where you're starting. Class are fun and you will always be pushed to do your best. Like I said, if motivation is the issue, this place is the solution. Can't recommend this enough!”

“I like this place! It’s nearby, it’s 24 hours, and it’s just fine. It’s pretty dead when I get there (around 4:30 am) which is how I like it. They have a good variety of exercises and machines and weights and stuff. It’s just good, ya know? Gets the job done. Not the most pleasant experience (shout out to lifetime), but really good for the price. It’ll be better too when I can use the sauna. Love that stuff.”

I do have some to your experience so that helps a little bit but they are very helpful and pretty friendly to. As a mail I don’t feel excluded or even distant. They are very welcoming and I will say the Dan and his wife exude a bit of professionalism that is lost amongst many others. Love this place”

“I just started out with Hybrid Fit Club to prepare for the military's new fitness test. Thanks to Kevin's workout and nutrition plans I already feel stronger and healthier! I know he is guiding me in the right direction for success! He is a very knowledgeable and inspiring coach/trainer. I train online, so whenever I have a question Kevin always gets back to me so very quickly! I originally wanted to train for 3 months, but after getting into the program I'm definitely sticking with it for much longer. Definitely highly recommend Kevin as a trainer/coach!!!!!”

“My son is 9 going on 10 & plays football. Hawk has been KEY in helping him develop good habits, speed, endurance, strength (not lifting, just body) & conditioning. My son LOVES going, he is held accountable & pushed in a positive way to succeed. This is his off season destination & sometimes when his technique is suffering, he will even go during the season for some tune up. I recommend them to anyone who asks about some age appropriate training.”
