“Hands down, best experience with a collision center. When i dropped my vehicle off i instantly had a great feeling. You walk in and the vibe is very calming. Everyone is soo nice. Every week you get either a call or a text until your vehicle is finished. These calls and texts let you know the progress of whats happening. When i picked up the vehicle they spent the time going through everything with me and making sure i understood everything. Troy gave me a tour of the facility when I walked in for the first time and it gave me comfort to know that my car was going to be in good hands. He also explained to me how some of the work is done and that made me happy because consultation is very important to me. Prices were fair and reasonable and they were quick to address any of my concerns, or answer any of my questions. Their attentiveness and agility in adapting to my needs as I communicated with them about the things I wanted to get done was a pleasure to work with. The work I ordered was done in a timely manner, they provided consistent communication with me throughout the process than when I returned to pick up my vehicle it was clean and looked like new again.
