Kimberly was the first to help me and she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our transition from at&t. She was patient, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Alan helped me the second time to get all our phones set up and he did a great job. Our business phone was this terribly out of date flip phone and he got all our business contacts off it and onto our new smartphone with no hassle as well as helping me set up our other phones.
