“I stand corrected, after discussion with Premier Electric, they have very good reasons for not terminating the ATS, automatic transfer switch, to the customer supplied generator as they are not compatible at all. Adaptive wiring would need to happen at the generator to make it operate correctly negating the safety 'Listing'. 👍👍”

Echoing others’ comments, Jake was punctual, honest, and didn’t mind pausing to answer my questions. My project was a little extra complicated because I asked him to wire the house to enable me to power it using my F150’s onboard generator. The truck kept giving us a grounding fault once given a load, and Jake took the extra time to ID and isolate the cause before calling it a day (which turned out to be an improperly wired dryer).
