Meier Lake Resort

We booked really last minute because it got too late to drive back to Fairbanks. They don't do same day booking BUT made an exception and prepared us a cabin at almost 11pm. It was warm, we were greeted by the sweet front desk gal, and were extremely pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the cabin was. In the morning ing we received the best breakfast basket... I mean, so thoughtfully put together. Just perfect. My only complaint, we weren't staying for more days so we could explore and experience this so much more!!

I have stayed at Maier lake the past two years in August. I cannot tell you how awesome the private bungalows are in cleanliness foreman function. The bathrooms look like they were freshly remodeled on both visits. The staff was absolutely some of the best I’ve ever encountered from a hospitality standpoint. Michael and Marissa were absolutely the best hosts we could’ve ever asked for. I would recommend this property for its location, cleanliness, & hospitality for a large group event or even a couples retreat. A unique and fabulous place to stay.

Incredible place with more activities than you have time for. We stayed over 4 days in fall, enjoying the brisk weather and beautiful grounds. The sauna was amazing, especially when paired with dips in the lake. The cabins were excellent and the main lodge was a great place for gathering. Disc golf was next level, make sure you take the time! The owners are great people, attentive to every need. Highly recommended!

I attended a work retreat here and couldn’t have had a better time. The cabins were very cute and clean, hiking around the property was beautiful, and the lake with falling snow and mountains in the background was breathtaking. The main lodge is very large and well appointed. The staff always made sure we had plenty of firewood for the large stone fireplace and anything else we needed. You certainly won’t regret a stay at Meier Lake Resort!
