“This is a wonderful shop and it’s my choice for when I need tire service. However, they have strict guidelines that they follow and I understand they are for liability and the safety of the customer but my tires were on the cusp of 10 years (great storage, 4 months of use, no signs of aging) and they wouldn’t put them on. I went else where and had my wheels and tires on within 30 minutes. While I understood their side, it kind of sucked. But otherwise just don’t go if you have 10 year old tires. ONE thing to note is that they went ahead and got me the quote and shipping time for the new tires I would’ve needed had i decided to get rid of the old ones. Overall great service and love this place. It’s a shame I won’t be able to go until I do get the new tires. See you in a few years KD Discount. 😁”

“I could not recommend this place enough. The owner and his son are some of the most honest mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. I Dropped my car off after closing and they got their hands on a very hard to find part I needed for the repair from ford immediately the next morning and even brought my car to my house once it was finished so I had it back before the weekend. I will not trust my car to any other shop as long as I’m in Alaska”

“10/10, I called on Tuesday and they were able to schedule me for a bed liner on Friday the Same week. I had asked to leave my truck there Thursday night and they locked my truck in their garage over night and got my truck done early by 11 am Friday morning, I had minimal rust and they even worked the rust spot out, put rust Resistant spray on my bed and I have a 100% perfect experience. I will recommend them to anyone who asks. They only charged me an extra 30 dollars for getting the rust out of my bed. Amazing company with good customer service and fair pricing. Nice quality.”

“Excellent customer service, and they really seem to care about their customers. Chris worked with me over the phone to try and get my Norcold unit working, and he was very patient and knowledgeable. We had work done on our Arctic Fox trailer years back and they did a great job on a water pump factory defect that caused over 3,000 in damage to the RV. They had to pull the bottom panels, replace all of the insulation, dry everything out, install new insulation and water pump and quite a bit more that I can't recall right off the top of my head. They do great work, and I recommend them. Their parts inventory might be small, but prices there definitely seem very reasonable, and they have a decent selection.”

“Every time I need to get gas coming or going to Anchorage I stop bye. The owners have been there for 20+ years you’re so polite and kind. And it’s a great location it gives you that mom and pop quickie mart sort of feel. They have a much bigger variety of snacks and candy that you probably haven’t seen in a while or never knew it even existed. The prices are fair I don’t stop often but I always enjoy the stop.”

“Tim and team did a terrific job installing solar panels, controller, DC-DC charger and monitor. Solid advice when I was spec'ing out the system and an accurate and timely bid started things out. They solved problems that we hadn't anticipated on the initial walk-through, including surgery on the under-step battery bay to accommodate bigger-than-expected batteries and replacement of stock converter that didn't support lithium batteries, with excellent communication from start to finish. They may not be the cheapest in town, but their work is first-rate.”

“Fixed some windows in my 4plex. Aside from ordering the wrong gear, 2 reschedules, and the 3-4 month wait........ hmmm. I understand though as we are in weird place right now. They were fast and friendly when they did get here to do the work, but even they could tell I had expensive floors in all my units. They walked as if they thought about taking off their shoes, but didn't. You know that walk while looking down at you step to see how the customer reacts lol? Snow, Ice, water everywhere. Get your guys some booties, for when they enter customer homes. Other than that all 4-5 guys in the crew got the job done.”

“Went to O'Reilly for $4 spark plugs. They tried selling me $14 platinum plugs. Did not tell me there were cheaper plugs available, only given the 300% more expensive choice. So I asked, why are the plugs so expensive, because they are platinum. I asked, "Are there not cheaper plugs?" told no ??? Drove down to Napa, had no issues, no problems, offered all plugs, cheaper ones as I knew for $$3.99 ea. Saved well over $65.”
