“I rented a Toyota Corolla hybrid. It was almost new. The rental process was painless. No hard sale tactics to purchase additional insurance. Same with the return. However I paid $500.00 for three days. Not sure if that is a budget or not. I am still satisfied. Great car”

“My husband and I usually tent camp but now having small children we decided to rent an RV. Everything was done online which is great for social distancing. They were very accommodating to our needs. We changed our dates after booking and they assisted us with no worries. When picking up the Rv they were very thorough! RV was clean looked brand new. She answered all our questions. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is because for the price I think cleaning exterior and interior should be including . They said if we did not scrub off the bugs they would charge up to 75$ . So we took it to a car wash for 9 dollars. We ended up receiving our deposit back minus the generator usage fee. ( So minus 9$). I would recommend them 100%!”

“Not finding much user review content for Alaska Auto Rental, I thought it would be helpful to share my experience with them so far, that they've been FANTASTIC! While I've only just reserved my vehicle and yet to make my trip, the process was very simple and the staff (at all hours) were very responsive and helpful throughout a lot of back-and-forth, both by phone and email. To me, my rental request was going to be "complicated", but this team made it seem so simple and effortless, taking an interest in my family's requirements and providing me a complete price that precisely captured our needs. Documents are sent electronically using DocuSign, so there's literally no need to waste time on arrival into Alaska at a car rental counter -- everything's been prepared in advance. This right here is the future of car rentals, and the customer experience, as I've said, well so far, it can't be beat. [I'll update my review in August 2019 at the conclusion of my trip, to report on the "on the ground" aspects after I get to my destination and pick-up and return the car]. Pricing is very competitive, too. So far, I highly recommend Alaska Auto Rental -- world class service, but local in Alaska.”
