“I can not express how thankful I am for John and his family. On my way to Florida, debris got caught in my fender and tore the wiring which completely shredded my passenger tire. On his day off, John answered, I told him about my situation and he didn’t hesitate to make sure that he was able to service me so that I could make it home safely. On the way to his shop, he stayed on the phone with me to make sure I made it there safely, he and his son put the tire on and John called me the next day to make sure I made it to Florida safely. John is truly a stand up guy and was a blessing to me when he didn’t have to be. And he also was able to find the factory tire for my car which is a plus ! “The only place I take my car. They’re honest and keep my car in great running shape. They even took care of me and replaced new struts under warranty when they were making a noise I didn’t like. The car now has 230k miles on it and they’re the only ones who have worked on it since it was new. They get me in quickly and on my odd schedule for oil changes, tire rotations, etc. Really good people.”

I came to have my car serviced and though I couldn't leave it for them to service it they managed to work me in and even though they were very busy they got right on top of it while I waited in the dealership lounge area where it was supplied with television and even phone charging stations for various types of devices which I had to use for I had left my phone charger and it was on its last bar so that came in to good use while I was waiting but besides that being said there was a beautiful lady I assume a service manager who had continously keep me updated on everything with my vehicle and even offered if I needed a ride to grab lunch she would have it arranged if I had needed. I got to say she definitely is a major asset to Carl Cannon and with her such great personality and customer service she alone will keep customers coming back. Thanks again”
