My tow-behind camper had a major failure while we were driving through Alabama. Buckner Trailers was literally the ONLY company that said they could help us out the day we got stuck. They did a custom welding job to lift our camper by 2 inches and the result was nothing short of exceptional. The owner and the staff at Buckner Trailers were the nicest people ever. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they were to my son and I. We had an incident towing our 5th wheel trailer that stranded us less than 2 miles from their shop. I went in looking for some parts to make the necessary repairs myself, but the guys came over to our RV, looked the situation over and helped us get the RV to their shop where they proceeded to work on the wheel and axle for the rest of the day. They got the temporary repairs made and we made it to our destination safe and sound. The employees at Buckley Trailer went above and beyond to assist us and help get us back on the road. Great Job!!
