“I don't know anything about wheelchairs. So, I brought my Grandmother's chair in to see if they could have a look at the rubber on the wheels. My 5 year old daughter and I were greeted by Chase Winston. He gave it a look over and was really knowledgable about the old model. He helped up so much!
