Professor Plumb, LLC

I have used Professor Plumb to install water heaters twice within the past year. Both jobs were completed in a very professional manner. The crews were very cordial, and committed to doing not just a good job, but a great job! The company’s rates are very competitive, and representatives strive to provide services as quickly as possible. I have used many plumbers over the years, but I believe that Professor Plumb is by far the best!

This week has been rough, having the AC and water heater both go out, but Professor Plumb was able to schedule me in less than 24 hours and had my water heater fixed up in no time! The guy was nice and helpful and answered all my questions, (because I know next to nothing about water heaters). I will definitely be calling them again!

Professor Plumb did n excellent job installing a new gas 40gal water heater. Also the communication to set up the service was extremely professional by Amanda at the office. The service techs arrived within the set appointment time and installed the water heater without any issues or added costs. After I purchased the Rheem Water Heater from Home Depot, Professor Plumb did everything to make this house project go very easily. I plan on using Professor Plumb for any future plumbing projects and will recommend Professor Plumb to my friends and family. Attached is a pic which includes a new expansion tank.
