“They really pay attention to detail. They're not a 10 minute quick oil change, not saying that it don't take 10 minutes, but people get happy thinking that it only takes 10 minutes to do an oil change, but what it goes through my mind is, are they going to forget to put the cap on because they're in such a rush or are they going to not check my tire pressures, are they not going to be able to tell me what else is wrong with the car because they're too much in a hurry trying to get you out in the next one end, which is I guess good if you want to make the money, however I care more about my car than I do about their income. So with that being said, they take really really detailed special time and make sure that it's correct and it's right. More than that, I stopped at a 10 minute oil change, it was going to be $95, it's my mom's car and she didn't want to pay that. So, I waited all weekend so I can go back to Crane's automotive, Crane's fast lube... I had a tire plugged cuz it had a nail in it. I had oil change. The topped off all my stuff, checked every tire, and not just check it, but they put the bubbly stuff on the tires to make sure no tire had a nail in it, and it was $60. So I save $35, they did four times the amount of work, that made me feel like a customer. Don't know if you've ever tried to use anybody else, however you don't want to use anybody else when you go here. They are the best spot in all of Jefferson county, hands down!”

“HONEST. I came in seeking to buy a new set of tires, and the owner troubleshooted and found the actual problem (wheel bearings) instead of me spending more on new tires. Super nice staff that called and followed up with me and had the repairs done within a day. Absolutely awesome experience from a locally owned business. Will be using Adair Tire for my personal and work vehicles from here out. Highly recommend!”

“I tried to tint my windows by myself and did a terrible job! I decided to take my car to Unique Films to get it fixed and done right. I am so glad I did!! They did a fantastic job! I went ahead and got my car washed and detailed while I was there, they did an excellent job on that too! My cup holders were really dirty with old spilled coffee and sticky change, but they were able to get them looking brand new again! I did have to wait a few hours, but it was not a big deal because I knew my car was in bad shape, plus they had to remove the tint I tried to do myself. I was really impressed with the customer service as well, they were professional, super friendly and did a great job! I will definitely be going back to Unique Films in the future! I highly recommend them!”

I am not the most knowledgeable about cars and not only do they give me the information that I need to complete the job, but on two occasions they have given me detailed instructions to complete the task. Tonight was the most recent experience. My 2010 Camry needed coils and plugs. Between Jessica and the Parts Manager (forgive me, but her name has escaped me), they made sure that I had the correct parts without paying more than I needed to. Knowing that I had no idea how do the job. Zach took the time to walk me through removing the plugs and coils and made sure that I was comfortable before he let me go. He even followed up after I was done to make sure that I did not make an error. This is the attention to detail that has made me a dedicated AutoZone customer. I hope that this reaches the right people and that this store is given an accommodation of some sort, because they deserve it. Josh”

“One of my tires kept going low so I took it here to get fixed. Unfortunately I needed a new tire and the gentleman I worked with, Brock, was very kind and helpful. Even though I had an appointment it did take longer than expected, but I know they were busy and working hard so it didn't bother me. My tire didn't arrive on time and there were a few bumps with getting the tire on in a timely manner, but overall, Juliano made it right and I am very happy with their service. I will be back.”

“Took my Nissan Titan in because of a starting problem. Was told it could be a starter, battery or ignition problem. Left it at 8:30 a.m. did not get a return call all day. Next day I called them at noon to find out if it was ready. He said it starts right up every time they tried it but if it does it again to bring it back in. They did no actual work on the vehicle, could Not locate a common issue, and charged me $60.00 for electronic testing . Also did not change oil or rotate tires as requested per my initial visit. Waste of time and money”

“The Express gas is actually on the east side of the fire stone it’s a separate location not separated yet by Google maps. The express is a good minimart and gas station easy to get to. Hopefully Google will separate them and I’ve asked them to do that in another post. Here’s some pics that I put in so you can see what the express looks like. The CLASS VI store is also in the Express station. This is a multi function building and it is not depicted clearly on Google maps.”

“A decent hike for the city. There are lot of people on the paved trail loop but there are smaller trails that lead into the park where there are some old bridge/dam ruins. I saw lot of unique birds throughout the area. This park was clean and eel maintained.”
