During the pandemic, if you don't get an appointment be prepared to be there 1 1/2 to 3 hours. They tell you what time to come back so you might can run errands or go back home if the time is later. Everybody we came in contact with were polite and courteous. Waiting is the new norm right now since only so many people can go in at a time.”
