The store manager Brian assisted me instead of having me wait for a free sales rep. That's what I call customer service. He also had one of his reps come over and help me transfer my stuff. Smitty was kind enough to take care of that for me!! Excellent customer service!!!

Smitty was great and fun to work with. My phone was busted and cracked. He helped me reset my password and get my email up and running. He was very helpful. He also tried his best to retrieve some of my content all I needed was my contacts. If you want to work with a nice and respectful gentleman ask for him when you come to the store.

Loved my experience the other day with Andrea! she assisted all my needs, and made it feel personable! Most definitely will be coming back, and loved the atmosphere.
