“Where do I begin? I must say I am quite emotianal with regards to this review. About 1 month ago I was passing by this petrol station when I stumbled upon the Rolo hot dog stand. From that moment on my life would never be the same. Let me share a little background information just to help paint the picture for you curious users out there. I live in west London, quite a while away from this petrol station which is located in Merstham, UK. On most Saturdays I visit this lovely quiet town for a short but cheerful shift. Unfortunately I feel uncomfortable about disclosing my line of work so I would appreciate it if no one asks. Thank you. So heading back home after my shift I decided to refuel with some higher octane fuel for my hybrid. While paying for the petrol I noticed a sign, almost as though it was shining bright luring me in “Any Rolo hot dog and a can of coca-cola for £2.49”. Incredible. That sounded like an offer I cannot decline. The Succulent hot dogs lay there bathing in the smoked damp fumes, the moisture condensing on the glass. I recall thinking to myself “wow! What a lovely companion for the long and often slow journey home!” Rolo had also supplied some free ketchup, mustard and chilli sauce to compliment the fine hand placed hot dog. What’s that? How was the experience I hear you ask? Well, it wasn’t a disappointment! It left me speechless ( although that said I was travelling alone). It has left me searching google night and day for petrol stations closer to home where I can re indulge. Rolo please give us a list of stockists! Preferably with a post code search. Nothing compares to this- not even the hot dogs in Ikea! It’s a Saturday today and I write this review knowing I will purchase a Rolo hot dog in the next few hours. It goes without saying I cannot wait! Thank you Rolo. Thank you Esso.”
