“I initially contact Mark by phone, to enquire about an accordion I had kept, belonging to my father. I booked an appointment to see him after a brief discussion as It wasn't working 100% and was in need of some TLC to say the least and also some advice. Mark was extremely informative after taking a good look at the accordion. I had never seen the innards of an accordion before, complex,and I could see that certain parts were in need of some TLC. When I arrived I had no idea whether I wanted to keep it as it had sentimental value or whether to sell it. Mark was very frank and honest as well as being extremely patient with me.
