The midwife looking after us helped up from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, They even looked after us again when we returned, they cannot do enough to help people who needs it, keep up the good work, thankyou”

“After spending 4 nights in SSU where the nurses did their best against poor processes and understaffing I moved to the Wells Suite which is a private ward in the Pembury NHS hospital. What a difference. It was comfortable, the food was excellent, the staff were great. Within 1/2 a day I started to feel so much better in myself. Could anything be improved? Well yes: 1. T V stuck on BBC1 - hardly the most important thing in the world 2. Took 7 hours to discharge me. Mainly because the drugs had to come from the pharmacy which is where we re-enter the world of the NHS so I would put a private pharmacy on the ward or a dedicated person in the pharmacy and this is fixed! Neither of these improvements detracted from the excellent care provided and, whilst I would avoid the NHS side of the hospital, would highly recommed The Wells Suite.”

“Just spent a couple of nights here with my sister's we had an amazing time the food is to die for, the service is second to none and the overall stay was brilliant.. Would definitely come again and have the tentative service from Ernest in the restaurant. All staff were very friendly and helpful and even though my bed was too soft for me the room and the cleanliness was top notch.. Also if you get a chance have a treatment done with the on-site beautician.”

“An amazing store, and nice nooks and crannies that kids will love when going around. Most products are high end and high prices, so without the privilege card and looking out for when they have their discount days, their privilege card is worth it if you are going to visit more than a few times in a year. However, you will find many of the gardening products cheaper elsewhere or online, but it is a great place if you want to shop for inspirational ideas for gifts and relax and have a coffee, a cake or something more substantial. Parking is on many levels and at busy times it's hard to load a vehicle in the bays outside when you can't push them up the steep hill.”
