(July 8, 2018, 10:30 am)We found this place by accident & had Sunday lunch. Really impressed, cannot fault it at all! Lovely friendly staff, excellent service, in a relaxed & unpretentious atmosphere. So good to find somewhere that's not turned into a 'trendy' gastro pub! Despite the 30degree heat outside, it was cool & pleasant with a lovely breeze blowing through the bar. The roast dinners were delicious, every item was cooked to perfection, the beef just slightly pink, tender and really tasty. Plenty of it & great value for money, too. The desserts were also really good. So pleased we found it, an absolute gem of a place, lovely surroundings and local walks too. See you again soon!
