“I only went to two shops, M&S and Boots. My experience at both was very good. At the first one, although very busy, more staff than normally were there to help. All of them had a smile on their face when I asked them for advice with a happy Christmas when finished. At boots the staff were lovely and their advice was very helpful. I have to go again next week, I hope that they are not worn out by then. Thank you for a good experience at the busiest time of the year.”
