“Great guys - extremely helpful. I attempted a MTB ride in the area with my friend but the pins inside the cassette hub were playing up and I lost 100% drive to the rear wheel - we popped in to Flat Earth to see if they could help us out with an emergency repair. Although the very specific part needed to be ordered in, they were happy to try and get things working again for me and took off the rear wheel to investigate. The pins seemed stuck - we left and just outside the shop I hopped back on and the pins must have locked back into place again so we were good-to-go for our 2-hour ride! Save the day guys - thank you. Highly recommend.”
