“Entered the cheshunt branch to purchase a pair of specific glasses that I was aware this particular branch had in stock. On first entering the store I was greeted with a warm smile from a gentleman called Abass. He asked me what I was after and offered me a coffee and a seat while he went off to deal with my enquiry. While I was waiting I was then seen to by the store manager Christos, he was extremely helpful and we had a a general chit chat. This staff here are extremely friendly and I would highly recommend anybody who is looking to purchase glasses and demands and high level of customer service to visit Vision Express Cheshunt without hesitation. 5 star service all around.”

“I only went to two shops, M&S and Boots. My experience at both was very good. At the first one, although very busy, more staff than normally were there to help. All of them had a smile on their face when I asked them for advice with a happy Christmas when finished. At boots the staff were lovely and their advice was very helpful. I have to go again next week, I hope that they are not worn out by then. Thank you for a good experience at the busiest time of the year.”
