“Izabela is by far the best wax therapist that I have ever used. She is very responsive and quite easy to book appointments with. She is quick and professional at what she does - makes you feel at ease and not awkward at all. The products she uses are of high quality and smell nice. Also, you won't leave her salon all sticky, as she always cleans all the wax up and double checks that there is no hair left. The therapy room is very clean, hygienic and warm in winter, which was quite important to me. Decor wise I wasn't really too bothered, it was very comfortable and that's the only thing that matters, really! On top of that Iza is very passionate about her work and gave me good tips on aftercare. Great chat included in the already competitive price! ;) Highly recommended!”
