“When I first saw Elsa, I was on crutches on account of developing a nerve palsy in one of my legs. After a careful medical history, Elsa started a comprehensive examination and after applying various Osteopathic techniques she straightened my pelvis and legs. This was followed up with exercises I could start straightaway at home. After seeing Elsa for the first visit, I could stop using the crutches and I started walking by myself as normal again! I was given more exercises between appointments to help me become stronger. After the last visit, I had built up my walking time and I felt fitter and motivated to start formally exercising again.
