“My husband has parkinsons and has an issue with like panic attacks especially when on the toilet iI can't get him off the loo I always try to do it myself but most times I can't do it I than have to call an ambulance they are always very quick to respond I hate having to bother them as I know that they are very busy but they always tell me it's okay but I feel it's i should be able to do it when I see program like 999 I feel very bad as I can not deal with this problem and some people call them for no real reason and then get rude and aggressive to the controller which is so bad I have been a controller for an organisation and know that people get aggressive when you don't do what they think you should but these people do such a great job and I hate having to call them please please have some respect for all of these people controllers and the ambulance people they deserve so much more from the public please be respectful I cant thank them enough if you can get to the hospital or doctor yourself do so and don't waste their time think before you call”
