“Lovely circular walking route with good paths. Worth taking a map if you don't know the area as easy to get lost. Lots of birds in the meadow areas which was lovely to see. Quite busy but it was a half term visit so suspect normally quieter. Parking available of Old Perry Street. Worth a visit if you're looking for a walk in the area.”

“Nice area of woodland with well maintained paths and different routes for long or short strolls. There are the ruins of the old moated manor and a good selection of swampy ponds for the dogs. If you're visiting maybe drop into the Sydney Arms afterwards for a little refreshment.”
