“I started in the Learn to Run group at the age of 52 in September 2016 with the aim of running a mile - I couldn't run to the end of the road before I started! Little did I ever dream that I would be able to run the London 10K Winter Run in February 2018! This is a fantastic group - the leaders are incredibly supportive and encouraging. I have made many great friends who are also supportive and encouraging. We all have a great time when running together - nobody is left to run alone. I am so pleased that I joined this group and would recommend it to anybody who wants to get a bit of exercise and have fun at the same time. It's simply the best!”
